Order Processing Time

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we typically process and prepare it for shipment within 48 hours.

Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, inventory checks, or when additional payment or order verification is required.

Estimated Shipping Time

For most orders shipped within the United States, delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier service interruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect address information, regional delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Because our research products require secure packaging and specialized handling, shipping fees generally range from USD 30 to USD 50 per order.

The exact shipping charge may depend on the destination, order size, packaging requirements, selected carrier, and current shipping conditions.

Ordering multiple products together may be more cost-effective, as shipping charges do not always increase proportionally with the number of items ordered.

Address Changes

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has already been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will normally be provided by email when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for the carrier’s tracking system to display updated package information.

Carrier and Delivery Delays

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery schedules are controlled by the carrier. Nova Bio cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service disruptions, holidays, customs inspections, security checks, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected products before discarding any materials.

Contact our support team promptly with your order number, tracking number, photographs, and a description of the issue so that we can review the situation.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product, applicable carrier restrictions, and local import requirements.

International customers are responsible for confirming that the products can be legally imported into their destination country and for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges.
